Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Elia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Elia is a platform for running personal AI agents. Agents can sign in to websites, run multi-step tasks and execute commands inside a sandbox on the machine where the instance runs.

Elia is provided as software. A self-hosted instance runs on infrastructure chosen by its operator; availability, backups and upgrades are the operator's responsibility.

You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

One person per account. Do not share an account between people.

Do not use Elia to:

• break any law, or violate the terms of a website or service you point an agent at;
• access accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to access;
• send spam, malware or phishing;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• attack, overload or probe infrastructure you do not own.

You are responsible for what your agents do. Give an agent access only to what you are willing for it to use.

Elia can call third-party services — model providers and the websites your agents act on. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Elia is under active development. Features may change, and the service is provided without any uptime guarantee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elia is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Elia and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
